1. Hair Oil Return Policy

a. Eligibility: Hair Oil are eligible for returns within 24 days from the date of purchase.

b. Product Condition: Even Though Hair Oil Is used But the Customer Doesn't Satisfy With It So The Customer Can Return

It Even Though The Bottle Is Half.

c. Return Process: If you wish to return hair oil, please contact our customer support team within the specified 24-day period to initiate the return. They will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the product. Please do not ship the product back to us without obtaining an RA number.

2. Soap and Shampoo Return Policy

a. Eligibility: Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used soap and shampoo products.
